Good manufacturing practice

GMP+ Certification

Since 2003 we have been a certified company GMP+ (before GMP13). To guarantee and care for credibility in trade and healthy food, it is essential to integrate partners and service providers in the quality management system, and to train stuff members always. The service provider is especially important when the goods are moved physically. We aim to practise quality management, we look for lasting cooperations with reliable partners and binding agreements for all parties.

Certification

GMP+ and QS

Made for: GMP+ certified fodder companies and certification bodies. Some GMP+ agricultural trade companies are not sure if they have to be a QS-member when they deliver to QS-companies. QS informed that this is not necessary in all cases. Only GMP+ certified manufacturers of mixed fodder's components, premixed fodder and fodder primary products must be registered in the QS database who use the mutual audit certification between QS and PDV. Some GMP+ companies (for instance traders) are not sure if they have to participate in the QS system or not, if they want to supply the QS members with their fodder. Manufacturers of primary products of fodder, premixed fodder and mixed fodder's components have to be member in the GMP+-certifications system (GMP+ B1- certified companies), if they want to supply members in the QS chain. Trading companies with a GMP+ B2 or GMP+ B3-certification at the moment don't have to be a registered member, because QS accept certification. You find more information about this subject in a QS document.

As soon as possible we have to find complete exchangeablity of the systems. It isn't so easy, because of the different structure of the two systems. The related dialogue takes place in a good and constructive atmosphere. We hope that soon can be made a step forward to complete exchangeablity.
